Kampala — Dstv providers Multichoice (U) Ltd have introduced an automatic reconnection voucher in a bid to save subscribers the hassle of queuing up to pay for the service.

The company launched the voucher which can allow subscribers to get reconnected by using their cell phones and sending details to their bar code. "We are not playing catch up. This will help reduce the long queues at our counters. The other day Arsenal was going to play and we were bombarded by several subscribers wishing to reconnect.

This new option will help Dstv owners to reconnect from anywhere, whether in a bar or at home," said Charles Hamya. Dstv has exclusive rights to the Uefa Champions League.
