Uganda: KCC, Victors Submit Lists of Players to CAF

Kampala — Uganda's representatives in the MTN Caf Champions League Kampala City Council (KCC) FC have submitted the list of players they are to use in the competition.

Confederations Cup representatives Victors have also submitted their names. KCC are the defending league champions while Victors won the Kakungulu Cup last season.

"These two clubs have officially confirmed their participation at the continental events. They have both paid Caf's required $300 in addition to submitting the squads of the players," Fufa media officer Rogers Mulindwa said. KCC submitted a list of 27 players while Victors registered 30 players.

KCC's list has Benjamin Ochan, Robert Tumusime, Moses Musoke, Ausi Kaaya, Moses Muhindo, Patrick Senfuka, Vincent Kayizzi, Tommy Okello, Robert Ssentongo, Anthony Bongole, and Baker Muyanja.

The rest of the players are Charles Ssemanda, Sam Ssenoga, Ronald Kamoga, Sam Mubiru, Nathan Mutenza, Zuna Atuloba, Omar Hitman, Asuman Buyinza, Tony Okello, Karim Kamwuka, Godfrey Kavulu, Willy Kyambadde, Jeremiah Ssebuyira, Swalley Ssonko and Lewiny Piyic.

Victors list includes Ali Kimera, Isaac Katwere, Kizza Ibrahim, John Namasaka, Richard Luyima, Johnson Luyiga, Simon Sserunkuma, Chris Njuki, Badru Senkayi, Wasswa Bbosa, Eric Sebuguzi, Moses Ndaula, Obedi Mayanja, Henry Kamya, Ismail Kazibwe and Edson Kateregga.

The others are Noah Ssemakula, Jackson Baluku, Ismail Ssegawa, Julius Komaktche, Hood Kawesa, Otim Kizito, Jimmy Mukubwa, Ronald Lutaaya, Fred Muhumuza, Swaibu Musasizi, Sam Kawalya and Micheal Kampi.

URA and Express represented Uganda last season.
