For Samson Kolawole who works as a Security guard/driver with 7up Bottling Company, Satellite Depot, Iwo Road, Ibadan, life may not be the same again.
At least, he is going to be the talk of the town as a gateman who would close from work and ride home with a brand new Kia Rio 2008 model.
Kolawole, moved up a step in status as he last week, became the first winner in the 12 cars in 12 weeks promotion flagged off by one of the fastest growing telecom companies, Visafone, to reward its subscribers.
Visafone, hosted a large crowd of its teeming subscribers, and strategic partners last week at the Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe, Lagos in a maiden draw to determine lucky winners for the promo.
Two subscribers, Samson Kolawole and Francis Ike, however, emerged lucky winners at the end of the day, and Visafone said the winners emerged for the weeks 1 and 2 of the promo respectively.
While the first winner is a maiguard in Ibadan, the second is a drink seller in Abuja and when contacted immediately after they emerged winners, they expressed happiness and congratulated Visafone for changing their status through the promo.
