Luanda — The Brazilian gastronomy week will be held on 10-15 November, in Luanda's Trópico Hotel, with the aim of showing typical dishes from that South American country.
This event, explains a document from the Association of Brazilian Entrepreneurs and Executives in Angola (Aebran), is part of the Fifth Brazilian Week in Angola, happening from 04 to 15 November, in celebration of Brazil's independence, marked last September 07.
Besides the typical dishes, there will also be displays of international menu from the Adesão Restaurant, and a Brazilian cooking course that will be shown in the public television (TPA)'s Moamba programme.
It is also included the release of the book entitled "Sabores do Brasil" (Brazilian Tastes), among other events.
The commemorations of Brazil's independence day by that country's community in Angola, were postponed for this month, due to the legislative elections held in Angola on September 05.
