Angola: Prime Minister Congratulated By Vietnamese Counterpart

Luanda — Angolan prime minister, Ant ã 'nio Paulo Kassoma, was recently congratulated by his counterpart from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Nguyen Tan Dzung, in a message sent to Angola.

Paulo Kassoma was also hailed by the executive secretary of the Portuguese Speaking Community (CPLP), Domingos Simão Pereira, who also congratulated the

Angolan people on the "magnificent lesson of civic and democratic responsibility of the legislative election of September 5, 2008."

To the CPLP executive secretary, according to a note from the prime minister's Office, "the victory of the Angolan people is also the victory of the group of

countries and peoples that make up the community of speakers of Portuguese."

Domingos Simão Pereira said as well that CPLP had an observer mission in the Angola election that, according to him, were fair.

On the other hand, the CPLP executive secretary thanked the contribute of Angola to the elevation of the prestige of the member countries.
