Ghana's major industry players would be witnessing software technology invasion, which if taken advantage of, would help business concerns in the country to maximize productivity by automating their business processes and integrating them into a single one stop solution, Mr. Jakobsen, Chief Executive Officer of AXDATA has observed.

The introduction of AXDATA Ghana into the Information Technology (IT) industry is to create a market for AX 2009, and also to implement and aid business entities to manage challenges in their organizations to fit customer needs.

This was made known at the official launch of Microsoft Dynamic AX 2009, in Accra last Friday. The unveiling of the software witnessed a large number of industry players as well as officials from Microsoft-Nigeria.

Ghana is the first West African country to have the widely -used Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 solution targeted to a large corporate and Small-Scale Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

"As a Microsoft certified Gold partner in Dynamics AX, we are focused on helping companies to manage their global customers and vendors, using the strong multi-site, multi-language and currency facilities in the ERP package to create opportunities for businesses to grow", he added.

AXDATA Ghana is urged to leverage on the experience of supplying and supporting the implementation of Dynamic AX to large corporates which use the ERP solution.

The flexibility of the software extends to all sectors of the economy including manufacturing, services, finance, projects, construction, trade and logistics.
