Uganda: 17 Charged Over Exam Malpractices

Kampala — Three teachers who allegedly masqueraded as primary school pupils during the PLE were yesterday charged with examination malpractice.

The teachers of Happy Angel Primary School; Peter Mutebi, Godwin Mark Ongeso and Damalie Nalwanga were jointly charged with 14 secondary students of Angel High School in Wakiso District.

They appeared before Buganda Road Magistrates court. They were charged with impersonation and disclosing examination materials to unauthorised persons. They denied the charges and were released on bail.
