Uganda: Cricketers Beaten

Kampala — Uganda's national cricket team got off to a wrong start on their South Africa build up tour ahead of the Division III International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cricket League (WCL) scheduled for January 2009 in Buenos Airies, Argentina.

Uganda collapsed to 113 all out, chasing Easterns' 227. Opener Arthur Kyobe shot 26, vice skipper Joel Olweny managed 30 and Martin Ondeko added 18 on a day that saw the openers fire but middle order fire blanks. The team will shift to Pretoria for more training.
