Abuja — Inspector-General of Police, Mike Okiro, has charged officers of the Nigeria Police nominated to represent the country in the forthcoming International Association of Chiefs of Police annual conference scheduled for San Diego, California, United States to portray the country in a good light.

He advised the Nigeria Police delegation headed by the Deputy Inspector-General of Police 'A', O.O. Onovo, to be good ambassadors of the country and cautioned that discipline must be their watchword.

Two hundred and forty-four officers departed Nigeria on Wednesday for San-Diego, California and are expected back to the country on November 15 at the end of the seven- day annual conference expected to hold between November 7 and 13.

Similarly, Okiro has charged members of the Boys Scout to be hardworking, honest and dedicated to the service of their fatherland, as it is the only way by which they can attain greater heights.
