Freetown — Isha Kamara has been arraigned before magistrate Komba Kamanda of Court No 2 for allegedly breaching a business contract with her business partner Abdallah Sesay.
Sesay told the court that his enterprise is located on 129 Kissy Road Freetown adding that "I normally supply goods to the accused and after selling the goods she pays me money."
He said: "I supplied her 250 cartoons can drinks valued at Le 6.225 on 11 May 2008 and she is yet to give me my money."
Magistrate Kamanda told the accused to make part payment to the complainant against the next adjoined date on 18 November.
