Kampala — Even a powerful 81 off 74 balls from left handed opening batsman Arthur Kyobe couldn't save Uganda from succumbing to its second loss on the ongoing South African build up tour in Benoni on Thursday.
Joel Olweny (27), Daniel Ruyange (23) and captain Davis Arinaitwe's 17 helped Uganda amass a total of 179 runs but it proved too little as Uganda went down to hosting Easterns by 7 wickets. The cricketers shift base to Pretoria next week.
