Angola: President Dos Santos Analyses Relations With Chinese Diplomat

Luanda — Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, this Friday here analysed with Chinese ambassador to the country, Zhang Bolun, issues relating to bilateral cooperation.

Zhang Bolun told reporters at the end of 40-minute audience that President José Eduardo dos Santos reiterated "the key role played by China in the process of reconstructing Angola".

It is an enormous task that demands the contribution of both countries, underlined the diplomat paraphrasing e the Angolan President Angolan.

China has already granted a credit line estimated at USD 5 billion, for the reconstruction of Angola. The trading relations between both States reached USD 20.8 million from January to September of the current year.

The diplomat also informed that during the audience, the second granted by President José Eduardo dos Santos during the diplomat's six-month mission to Angola, they discussed about the strengthening and creation of some mechanisms to supervise China workers and companies operating in Angola.

After recognising the existence of an excellent working environment, the diplomat also said that friendship ties between the two peoples date back to long years.
