Luanda — The director general of the National Scholarship Institute (INABE), Jesus Joaquim Baptista, this Friday here affirmed that the subsidies of scholarships holders abroad have already been paid.
Speaking to ANGOP, the official said that every subsidy, until last October, have already been handed over to students in various countries and at the moment the ones referring to the months of November and December are being processed, and are scheduled to be concluded by November 15.
The director general of INABE recently visited Cuba, Portugal and Spain where he held contacts with various institutions, and received positive response concerning the goals that made him travel to these countries.
