Kampala — FIRST Lady Janet Museveni has commended Africare for making a difference in rural areas.
Africare is an American-based organisation that assists families in Africa in agriculture, health and environmental protection.
Museveni on Friday held a meeting with the organisation's new country representative, Hyghtan Mungoni, at State House Nakasero.
