Uganda: Nsimbe to Act

Kampala — KCC FC coach Coach George Nsimbe intends to investigate his players on allegations of immorality that seems to impact on the team.

Club fans have reported a number of players to the officials for over drinking spending nights in clubs and womanising.

A majority attribute this to the club's indifferent performances in the league.

The complaints hit a climax on Thursday when striker Robert Ssentongo, who looked frail and could not train, was forced to watch training from the stands at Lugogo.

But Nsimbe, who is known as one of the best man managers among Uganda Super League coaches, seemed concerned and promised to investigate the allegations. "I have heard of those allegations and especially that of womanisers among the players. But I cannot take everything as the truth. We will investigate."
