Kampala — CITY businessman Justus Kashoma was on Friday returned to Luzira Prison till November 17, when the High Court will hear his bail application.
This followed an application by his lawyer, Chris Bakiza that Kashoma intends to make additions to his affidavits he filed last week while applying for bail. Sunday Vision could not readily establish what additional matters Kashoma intended to add to his affidavits. Kashoma claims to suffer from peptic ulcers and asthma, and cannot be adequately attended to in prison.
Kashoma and five others are facing charges of aggravated robbery.
