Uganda: 'Provide Lunch to Upe Pupils'

Kampala — Parents have been urged to provide lunch for their children under the Universal Primary Education programme.

The district Woman MP, Rosemary Sseninde, said parents' failure to provide lunch has led to poor performance and the increasing school drop-out rate. She was on Sunday speaking at Gayaza Cambridge College at the launch of a programme to feed vulnerable pupils.
