Kampala — Maclean Kembabazi, 24, has been held for allegedly dumping her one-week old babyin a pit latrine in Kyabugimbi sub-county.
District criminal investigations officer Bernard Babu said Kembabazi got married to Moses Twijukye of Kyabugimbi Sub County while pregnant with another man's baby.
Babu said after Kembabazi gave birth, Twijukye ordered her to take the baby to the biological father. "She left Twijukye's home at night with the baby and dumped him in a pit latrine," Babu said.
