Kampala — Last Saturday, university students hailing from Nebbi district celebrated the inauguration of their development association, Nebbi University Students Development Association.

Uganda's Ambassador to Somalia Ngoma Ngime officiated over the function at The Zone in Bukoto. Alur King Rwoth Phillip Olarker Raune III said the association would foster development in West Nile.

"I will work with the central government and district leaders to see that our people get a university to promote education," he said.

Ngime commended the organisation for opening up to different tribes and urged them to work together to foster development in West Nile.
