Nigeria: Commission Tasks Pilgrims Over Hajj

Ilorin — The Commissioner in charge of Operations National Hajj Commission of Nigeria NAHCON ,Dr Badmas Lanre has appealed to all intending pilgrims from the country to ensure they eat good food while on the Holly Pilgrimage to avoid falling sick while in Saudi Arabia .

Lanre handed down the advise while monitoring the Airlifting of the intending Pilgrims from Ilorin .

He said many intending pilgrims are in the habit of patronizing people that sell cheap and sub standard food in Saudi Arabia and after eating same they will star having stomach upset.,

"You ought to have known that in every settings there are bad eggs, that is people who go about buying expired chickens, prepare them and sell at cheap prices to the unsuspecting customers who will eat same and fall sick" he said .

He said all the pilgrims should be able to identify the right place to eat good quality food at affordable price so that they will live a healthy life .

Dr Lanre counsel all the intending pilgrims to ensure they devide their money into three ,in which one part will be use to buy all the necessary items to will assist them to perform the Hajj.
