Super Eagles assistant coaches will head for Bogotá, Colombia next Saturday, November 15 for the international friendly match billed for November 19.
Camp commandant of the Eagles, Emmanuel Attah revealed that the unavailability of regular flights to the Colombian capital informed the choice of next weekend for the trip, while noting that it cannot come earlier and any delay would come after the scheduled date for the game.
"The coaching team of Daniel Amokachi, Fatai Amoo and Alloy Agu will leave for Bogotá on November 15, four days to the match because that is the earliest day a flight to Bogotá could be confirmed. Other supporting staff of the FA will also be on board," said the FCT Football Association chairman, while revealing that leader of the delegation is the NFF executive committee member, Obinna Ogba.
The Eagles camp commandant explained that team coach, Shaibu Amodu, who is currently on a coaching attachment with a couple of English Premier League sides, will join the rest of the squad directly from England.
"Amodu is undergoing his coaching attachment with some Premiership clubs, but will join the team in Bogotá from London. Amodu's stay in England will definitely be useful to the team," Attah opined.
