Luanda — The Cuban Construction minister, Fidel Figueroa de La Paz, praised last Wednesday in the northern Bengo Province, the actions being carried out by the Angolan government for the reconstruction of the main infrastructures of the country, to improve people's living standard.
The Cuban government official, who is in the country at the invitation of the Angolan Ministry of Public Works, told the press at the end of an assessment visit to repair works on the roads Móbil/Quibaxe/Bula Atumba, in chargé of the construction company Imbondex.
Fidel Figueroa de La Paz manifested the necessity of the firm which is in charge of the construction work to do their best for the quality of the works and fulfil deadlines of the contract.
According to the Cuban politician, the Angolan government is engaged in a wide programme of national reconstruction and the Cuban people is available to support this process.
On her turn, the Angolan deputy minister of Public Works, Manuela Bezerra, said that the market of civil engineering in Angola is wide, and Cuba has been giving its contribution to the reconstruction of Angola.
