Uganda: KCC Arrests Four Over Obscene Posters

Kampala — The suspects are guarded by KCC law enforcement officers as they wait to enter the court

KAMPALA City Council (KCC) law enforcement officers have arrested four suspects over littering the city with posters advertising sexual services.

They are Sofia Nakazii Kakyama, Christine Nakiganda, Maureen Nakiganda and Lawrence Mukwaya.

The suspects are accused of offering services that include manhood enlargement, bum expansion and breast enlargement.

Principal law enforcement officer Vincent Katungi led the Wednesday operation.

The suspects were charged at the KCC court. with littering the city with posters.

Apollo Muhirwe, the executive secretary of the National Drug Authority, said Section 33 (Cap 206) of the National Drug Policy and Authority Act prohibits the advertisement of drugs.
