Tunisia: Fina Swimming World Cup 2008 - Mellouli Wins More Gold in Stockholm

Tunis — The Tunisian Olympic gold medallist, Oussama Mellouli has won respectively 3 gold medals and 1 silver medal in the 6 th leg of the FINA/ARENA Swimming World Cup in Stockholm, Sweden.

In Stockholm, Mellouli won the 100m medley, the 400 m free style and the 200m free style races.

With 25 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 1 bronze medal, the Tunisian swimmer is seventh in the World Cup ranking, with a total of 45 points. South Africa's Cameron Vander Burg leads the competition with 160 points, followed by Australia's Robert Hurley (83 points) and America's Peter Marshall (73 points).

The 5 first legs of the Cup took place respectively in Brazil, South Africa, Australia, Singapore and Russia.

The final leg will take place in Berlin, Germany on November 15 and 16, 2008.
