Nigeria: FG Restates Commitment to Job Creation

Owerri — President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua has restated his administration's commitment towards employment generation in line with the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and emphasised that projects targeted at creating employment in the country would be encouraged by his administration.

The president said that his administration will continue to work towards realising its objectives, stressing that the seven-point agenda is targeted at reshaping our economy and making Nigeria one of the most industrialised and leading nations of the world by 2020.
