Kampala — Nakawa division deputy RDC Fred Babwine has disagreed with a proposal by Kampala city council to transfer materials and staff of Naguru hospital after its demolition.
He says that KCC wants to transfer the materials to Komambogo and Wabigalo health centers.
Babwine insists the materials should be transferred to kiswa and Bukoto heath centers to meet the demands of the increasing population of Nakawa.
