---- — Suspended Supreme Court Administrator, Cllr. John Caranda is now the Deputy Managing Director for Administration at the Liberia Produce and Marketing Corporation (LPMC).

He was appointed to the post recently by President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf while he was still serving his Supreme Court suspension.

This paper learned that Cllr. Caranda was suspended by the Chief Justice of Liberia, Cllr. Johnnie N. Lewis some few months ago for alleged delinquency on job as well as intolerable behavior towards fellow workers, among others.

Whether he was appointed by the president knowingly or unknowingly as far as the allegation is concerned, observers said his preferment for the post contravenes official code of conduct.

According to observers, the decision taken by the president to appoint the suspended Supreme Court administrator is in total violation of the 'Code of Conduct' recently introduced by the Ellen led government, and called on her to immediately withdraw his appointment and allow him serve the tenure of his suspension.

At the same time, reports gathered by this paper from the LPMC alleged that Cllr. Caranda is exhibiting those same attitudes at his new place of assignment.

The report also disclosed that the new deputy managing director allegedly ruined insults at some workers and even goes to work anytime he wants, among others.

When Cllr. Caranda was contacted on the issue of his suspension and other allegations, he told journalists that he will talk to them at his will and told his secretary to take down journalists' names.

"What institution do you come from, I don't want to talk to you and so give your name to my secretary and I will decide when to speak to you, ok", Cllr. Caranda said and walked into his office.
