Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola of Osun State has congratulated Edo State governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, on his victory at the Court of Appeal, last week.
In his congratulatory, Governor Prince Oyinlola while praying that God would grant Oshiomhole the wisdom to successfully govern Edo state, however, counseled him to set an example in bridge-building across political divides.
His words' "You now shoulder the enormous burden and responsibility of leadership. As you are very well aware, this is one of the hardest of tasks.
This new position would certainly task your ingenuity and also demand the utilization of all the enormous endowments which God Almighty has graciously bestowed on you."
"Without doubt, your wealth of experience gathered over the past few decades in the labour world, particularly as President of the Nigeria Labour Congress would prove very beneficial to you in the management of your State.
It is hoped that you would strive to display an exemplary and commendable preference for dialogue and peaceful co-existence".
I also enjoin you to construct bridges across the nation by shunning politics of exclusion and divisive tendencies, no matter the political inclinations of other people."
"As I rejoice with you, it is my prayer that the good Lord would grant you the wisdom to excel in your new assignment." Prince Oyinlola said.
