Kickoff (Cape Town)

Free State Stars defender Jonathan Mensah has rescinded his decision to pull out of the Ghana squad for the international friendly against Tunisia and joined up with the rest of the squad in Accra.
The South Africa-based defender had told JoyFM that he will be skipping the game to concentrate on his club career but trained with the Black Stars on Monday ahead of the game on Wednesday.
And he admitted to KickOffGhana.com he may have spoken too early about whether to accept the invitation or not.
"I spoke to an official of my club and decided I will not play," he told KickOffGhana.com.
"But I had to think about it and realised I might never get an opportunity like this again. Eventually I decided to take the chance and stake a claim for myself in this team."
Mensah was a virtual unknown in Ghana until David Duncan took him to Free State Stars and claimed he was one of the best Ghanaian central defenders.
He played a major part as the national U-20 side qualified for the African Youth Championships and looks set to have a long future with the Black Stars if he impresses Milovan Rajevac on Wednesday.
