Melka Nida, owner and General Manager of the hotel, who also owns the well-known Lalibela Hotel located at Bole area, at the inauguration ceremony said that the hotel has created job opportunities for over 90 people. The hotel, located at the heart of the city, has 218 rooms constructed to provide a standard catering service.

However, "we are confident that in our service provisions to domestic and the international community, we will play our part in image building of our country," said the manager.

However, hopefully the new elected city administration will change the over all improper operational system," he added.
He has plans to construct his third hotel with 127 million birr capital.
