Keren — The Administrator of Anseba region, Ms. Selma Hassan, stressed the need for evaluating all the steps taken in terms of their benefit to the public. She made the remarks at a training program for ministries' branch heads and experts in the region.

Ms. Selma also underlined the paramount importance of conducting study in implementing action programs and accomplishing them right on schedule.

The training offered in Keren by the regional Administration, in collaboration with the Eritrean Institutional Capacity Center, focused on principle of management, managerial process, institutionalization, shortcomings of institutions, regional strategic plan and other topics. It is aimed at introducing developed institutional capacity and identifying issues that need to be addressed on priority basis and thereby render efficient service to the public.
