The viewers have once again spoken, the ninth housemate to leave the Big Brother Africa 3 (BBA 3) house is none other than Botswana's Tawana Lebani. Tawana, who was up for eviction alongside Malawi's Hazel Warren, was booted out with 10 votes against Hazel's three.
Tawana, who was put up for possible eviction by her 'bedmate' and Zimbabwe's Munyaradzi "Munya" Chidzonga, with whom she occasionally engaged in sexual encounters, received a shock of her life when the head of house revealed his decision to save Angola's Ricardo Venancio at her expense. Maybe because of sexual favours the two shared Tawana on Sunday was so relaxed and one could see that she was not expecting that she might not be in danger.
Apart from the fact that she had not packed her clothes in anticipation that this is a game and anything could happen, she had painted her eye and only changed clothes but did not take much time preparing herself for possible eviction.
After the announcement that the viewers had actually been voting on her and Hazel she rushed to pack her clothes, which she toss into a suitcase. This, of course, gave her very little time to digest what was happening. In a few moment, the two women were asked to go to the glass house to await announcement of the housemate who's journey in the raise for USD 100, 000 (P750, 000) prize money had come to end. Finally, the BBA 3 live presenter Kabelo "KB" Ngakane announced the name of the ninth evictee - and it was indeed, Tawana.
Stepping outside the house, and onto the live show stage, Tawana informed Kabelo that she was shocked and confused. At the she same time she was happy to see the cheering crowd. Her interview of course surprised and shocked many as Tawana boldly announced to the whole of Africa that she enjoys sex.
In her own words, Tawana said, "I love dick". This comment of course shocked not only the show's presenter, but also the viewers. Many of them started commenting that Tawana is not normal.
Throughout the whole interview Tawana gave her answers with much confidence and did not seem ashamed of what she had done in the house.
She actually told the show's presenter that her best moment in the house was the first time she did 'it'. Asked who the best kisser was between Ricco and Munya, she once again - and without any sense of shame - said it was Ricco.
Apart from having sex with Munya in the house, Tawana occasionally engaged in intimate kisses with Ricco. She continued to clarify that "there is the rough and gentle", but refused to divulge which of the two young men was rough or gentle.
While the viewers have condemned Tawana's behaviour in the house as unbecoming and lacking in morals, Tawana during her live eviction interview did not seem to regret even a minute of it.
The M-Net show has sparked an interesting debate with some saying that the show is a reality show and that it has never made a commitment to be of the highest moral standards.
