Angola: Province to Host Annual Consultative Council

Northern Malanje province will host for November 19 to 21 the 16th annual consultative council of the local telecommunications company dubbed Angola Telecom, which assess the activities carried out and analyse the evolution of human recourses and projects of restructuring staves of the firm.

ANGOP learnt from a press release from Angola Telecom that participants to the meeting will also analyse matters relation to the progress of businesses, interconnection businesses, trade progress, investments and the institution's budget for 2009, among the others.

Angola Telecom's organisational restructuring, improvement of current processes, submarine cables and the project for the eastern region will also be debated at the gathering.

The meeting shall be attended by Angola Telecom's directors from the country's 18 provinces, among other entities.

The 15th consultative council of the company happened in 2007, in the central Huambo province.
