AN electric gremlin that sparked trouble at the Katutura State Hospital's casualty ward from Sunday night onwards was declared beat yesterday.
Patients and staff at the hospital complained that certain wards at the hospital had been sporadically without electricity since around 19h00 on Sunday, forcing management to move the hospital's casualty ward to the nearby Central State Hospital.
