Nigerian Coach, Okey Emordi has promised victory over perennial rivals, Ghana in the November 30th first leg knock-out round for the inaugural edition of African Nations Championship.
The former CAF Coach of the year said that preparation for the epoch clash in Accra, Ghana was in top gear despite the seemingly lack of support by the football federation.
He said: "We are preparing seriously to put in our best in the two legs encounter. We know what is at stake and we are not going to toy with our chances of featuring at the competition next year.
"We are going to give Ghana the games of their lives much as we expect them to give us too. With the series of friendly games that we have played, I believe that I have a team that can stand its ground against any side competitively."
Coach Emordi however, appealed to clubs to release the players invited for the closed camping exercise so that the team can have a proper blending before hitting the Ohene Djan Stadium, Accra, venue of the first leg.
