Uganda: Oteba Vows to Containkenyans in Darts Open

Kampala — ISAAC Oteba has vowed to outwit Kenyans in the Uganda Open darts championship starting in Jinja today.

The Mulago Darts Club kingpin shoulders Uganda's hopes against perennial rivals Kenya and Tanzania in the Nile Breweries sponsored competition.

Oteba believes he is in top form to go beyond his quarterfinal finish in the Kenya Open in Nairobi recently.

"I know their (Kenyan) strong points and weaknesses," Oteba said.

"I have perfected my doubles game and I believe I have got a sharp finishing touch."

The defending champion is Patrick Ochieng.
