Nigeria: Museveni Commends Yar'Adua's Seven-Point Agenda

Jos — Uganda's President, Yoweri Museveni, has identified the problem with African leadership to be ideological and conceptual inconsistency.

He, however, commended the administration of President Umaru Yar'Adua for its 7-point agenda, especially in terms of food security and commercialisation of agriculture, saying the agenda would keep the administration focused.
