Former Leone Stars captain, Mohamed Kallon's biography titled 'The Gem of Sierra Leone' would soon hit Freetown as it is presently on sale in the United States of America.
The release of the biography is expected to reach the country's market stalls in December but the Mohamed Kallon Children's Foundation is expected to delay its lunching to early next year.
The book, which is co-authored by Joseph Lansana Kormoh and Ibrahim Inspector Bah, chronicles the life of Kallon from the streets of Freetown to a great international football star.
It describes and analyses his ups and downs as a footballer such as when he made history by becoming the first youngest player to score in a Class A international.
The book would also throw light on the former Inter Milan striker's family, and his entrepreneur which saw him established the Kalleone Group of Companies which comprises of a newspaper, radio station, recording studio, sports shop, recreation complex and football team.
Proceeds from the sale of the book will be entirely donated to the Mohamed Kallon Children's Foundation.
Kallon's biography is expected to inspire hard work, diligences and commitments in the country.
