MWEB Namibia is offering a free business internet audit to MWEB Namibia subscribers and Namibian internet users.
The free audit will be available until the end of December 2008.
It will review organisations' use of internet technology in supporting business for efficiency and effectiveness.
The audit will validate the security, reliability, integrity, and privacy of information systems.
"MWeb Namibia's sole mission is to unlock the full potential of the internet for its customers by delivering an online experience that is fast, simple, reliable and tailored to the needs of each customer, whether a home or business user," says Marc Gregan, general manager of MWeb Namibia.
"Internet audits help organisations monitor how they do business and how effectively they protect their networks," he says.
An internet audit will help consumers and business owners better understand the technologies that are used by MWeb Namibia, and to select internet options that best match their goals and budgets.
The audit will identify internet solutions such as choosing broadband technologies that are specifically designed for organisational internet needs.
"While price is important, one must never underestimate the importance of the quality of service and the availability of good support," says Gregan.
"MWeb Namibia will scrutinise your current internet environment, and will help you make an informed decision that is best for your home and your company."
