Luanda — The Cuban minister for Higher Education, Juan Vela Valdes, arrived last Tuesday in the Angola for a five-day work visit, in the ambit of the reinforcement of the relations between both countries.
Speaking to ANGOP at Luanda's 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, the Cuban official said that he has been invited to come to Angola by the Angolan secretary of state for Higher Education, in the accomplishment of an agreement signed in 2007 in Havana City, Cuba.
Juan Vela Valdês, who is in Angola for the first time, will return to Cuba next Saturday.
