Asmara — In a seminar they conducted on the objective situation in the Homeland and the region, Eritrean women residing in Melbourne city, Australia, reiterated readiness to enhance contribution to national development programs through strengthening their organizational capacity.
The Eritrean Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand, Dr. Andeab Gebremeskel, outlined the major role of Eritrean women in national affairs and lauded their contribution in safeguarding the nation's sovereignty and backing up reconstruction and development programs in the country.
Meanwhile, the Ambassador held talks with a number of Australian officials on bilateral cooperation.
