Eight contestants would tomorrow lock horns in the upcoming Miss University slated to take place at the Miatta conference hall. Entrance fee to the event is Le 50,000 and the show is sponsored by Sierra Leone's leading mobile phone company, Zain.
This year's event is themed: 'Beauty for Charity.'
Concord Times communications managing director, Fedelis Adele said famed Nigeria movie star Stephanie Okereke would grace the ceremony as special guest.
"Stephanie Okereke is arriving in Sierra Leone tomorrow from Nigeria. Her presence will add some goodies to the show. This year's Miss University is going to be one of the best events we have ever organized," he said, adding that all the contestants are in their right minds.
Adele said they intend to showcase beauty at its best as the gig was designed to meet international standards.
He said the star prize is a sport car, the second prize a complete DStv set plus three months free subscription and the third prize is Le 1 million cash.
