Brima Conteh and Sampa Dumbuya were Wednesday arraigned before Magistrate Shyllon of Court No 3 for allegedly wounding one Adama Kargbo of 1 Congo Bridge in Freetown. The incident was said to have taken place on Sunday 9 November 2008.
The complainant told the court that the accused fought her leading to her sustaining seriously injuries.
"I later reported the matter to the police because I did not want to take the law into my hands. I was issued with a medical report by the police," she said.
The accused were granted Le 2 million and the matter adjoined to the 12th of December 2008.
In another development, Mohamed Sheriff of 18 Upper Savage Square and a pupil of government municipal secondary school Kiss Dock Yard appeared before Magistrate Shyllon for alleged assault. The incident took place on 21 November 2008.
The accused was refused bail and the matter adjoined to 11 December 2008.
