Luanda — The privately owned "Radiomais" radio station started transmission Friday 07:00 am, in the 99.0 frequency, one day after its public presentation, in Luanda by MediaNova group, at a ceremony witnessed by the Social Communication minister, Manuel Rabelais.

According to the station's director, José Vieira, in a first phase, the radio station will broadcast 24 hours a day within the limits of Luanda, before expanding to the provinces of Benguela, Huambo, Uíge, Cabinda, Namibe and Bié.

José Vieira considered "Radiomais", situated at "Projecto Nova Vida" zone, in Luanda, as a generalist organ with entertainment, sports, music and news programmes.

The ceremony of presentation was witnessed by about 100 people, among representatives of public and private media organs and guests.
