Luanda — Angola's ruling MPLA party Central Committee Friday in Luanda, praised the civic and participative way the legislative and autarchic elections went in Guinea Bissau and Mozambique, respectively.
This was expressed in a final communique from the 13rd ordinary session of MPLA, chaired by its president, Jose Eduardo dos Santos, which also congratulated the ruling parties in those two countries on their electoral performance.
The meeting also expressed concern at the aggravation of the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo and reiterated the support to the international community in order to do its best for the accord signed to be accomplished.
The participants also analysed the tasks carried out and relevant documents on the organisation's activity next year.
