Arusha — Hundreds of Arusha residents including 200 students flocked the Sixth Information and Communication Technology Exhibition held at Hotel Equator from November 21-22.
The exhibition organized by A & A Computers of Arusha was aimed at showing the general public a wide range of the latest ICT products and their providers.
Participants of the exhibition included the Kilimanjaro International Institute for Telecom Electronics and Computers who provide ICT education; Swift Holdings, experts in solar power and power conditioning; and Mkombozi who use ICT to sustain and spread Mkombozi's practice with vulnerable children and young people.

Others were Arusha Node Marie, a user owned and controlled society committed to providing and encouraging the use of quality internet service to the public through membership; and A & A Computers Ltd who specialize on technical services and sales of computer equipment, photocopiers, and telephone systems in Arusha and Moshi.
Exhibitors also included Utrack, specialists in installing GPS and computer-controlled vehicle tracking systems; and Sai Office Systems distributors of ICT products based in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam.
The exhibition climaxed with a raffle which saw Edmund Rice secondary school winning a brand new HP computer with TFT screen. Also six-year-old Sheila Mugalula and Cuthbert (8) won an MP3 player each in the colouring competition.
The ICT exhibition is an annual event in Arusha.
