Angola: Over 10,000 Internet Users Enter Cocan Site

Luanda — About 13,750 internet users entered the website of the Angolan Organising Committee for the African Football Cup of Nations (COCAN) in the last six months, said its director for information, publicity and marketing, Manuel Mariano.

Speaking to Angop, the source informed that 75% of this number is from abroad.

The pre-accreditation of journalists is to start in January 2009 and will be done through the referred website, and the final accreditation will be done in the country when they arrive.

It is estimated that about 2000 journalists will be accredited.
