Luanda — A three-day book, photo, film fair and debates on spirituality will take place as from this Thursday in Luanda, ANGOP has learnt.
Promoted by the association of research and culture "AngolaAfricartes", the event aims at contributing to the diversification of social science matters, mainly African anthropology.
The fair will comprise works on spirituality, mainly photos of Africanspiritual leaders, with highlight to Simão Kimbangu and Simão Toco, said a source linked to the organisation.
Among the films are "Xinguilamento a força dos ancestrais" and "Tambores de Africa", by the Brazilian Marisol Correia, as well as "A Ceromónia do Boi Sagrado", by the Angolan Ruy Duarte de Carvalho.
The mentioned association exists for four years and comprises students and plastic artists.
The association has already held conferences and plastic arts exhibitions on culture and history.
