Rwanda: Military II Trial Adjourned to Mid February Next Year

Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) Thursday adjourned joint trial of four former Rwandan military officers known as "Military II" to February 16, 2009 after the last accused, Captain Innocent Sagahutu, completed his own defence on Wednesday.

On resumption, the Chamber would hear four recalled prosecution witnesses and five additional defence witnesses for four consecutive days running from 16 to 19, February.
