Mrs Meaba was said to have been kidnapped early yesterday at Luewa in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State where armed hoodlums struck and brutalised her before taking her to an undisclosed location.
The brutalisation according to sources close to where the incident took place said the armed men forced their way into her apartment and ordered her to follow them. She reportedly put up some resistance leading to her being rough-handled before they took her away.
